Lunch sessions

Yoga at lunchtime will recharge your batteries, focus your mind and improve your sitting posture at your desk.

Begin the second half of your working day with gentle, meditative, as well as activating and strengthening exercises. Shake off your midday tiredness and tension, enable your energy and strength to flow freely again.

You can start the afternoon full of fresh energy, restored, relaxed and with a positive attitude.

In my lunch sessions you will learn:
• Pranayama (breathing techniques): here we mainly practise relaxing and revitalizing breathing techniques
• Asana (physical exercises): adapted for the problem zones neck, shoulders, back and trunk muscles
• Savasana (relaxation): rounds the session off, embeds the freshly-generated energy in your body, making it available to you throughout the rest of the day.
