What’s yoga?

Yoga is an integrated system of Asanas (body work-out), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation (mind work-in) that works for everybody, regardless of age, flexibility, lifestyle approach and denonimation. In Yoga your body will be streched and invigorated in both relaxing and energizing postures. The cognisant perception of breath, body and movement eases the constant flow of thoughts and lets the mind come to rest. Stress will be reduced and blockades in the energy flow will be loosened. Your inner attitude towards life will be more vivid, relaxed and positive.
